This End Up North

Well it was up to Duluth this weekend for a wedding job. We brought the kids, so I stayed back at the Suites with them and Rachel and Adam worked their fannies off.

Whilst hanging out on the North Shore with Sage and Violet, walking along Lake Superior, watching cartoons, and eating carameled apples....I DID manage to visit Duluth's local fiber shop Yarn Harbor. It's a clean little place and I picked up some bulky spun by brown sheep. The shop didn't have a ton of fibers, but the ladies were really helpful and I basically just needed a darning needle. BECAUSE, drum roll please, I'm ready to FINISH MY SWEATER. I was really hoping I'd get to wear while I was up here in the great Northern chill. Alas, I forgot the "darn" needle at home so I won't probably start putting it together until we're on our way home.
