Larry, Moe, and Me (Curly)

Inspired by many a red head with curls, I went to Target the other day and bought some old fashioned sponge hair rollers and gave them a "go" today. Adam says he can't get over how different I look, Sage says he hates curly hair...except when it's his sister's golden locks.

Tonight I got around to finishing a few projects...I'm in full Wedding Video Procrastination mode, which is why I'm blogging and knitting of course! I sewed the petals on the "lazy daisy" purse, threw my "tree hugger" bag into the wash, and I am attempting to sew up a pillow I knit about 3 months ago! I don't think I'll get to Sage's dog tonight. It will go on looking like some sort of alien pig for a few more days.







Sage and I finished reading the first Chronicles of Narnia book: "The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe," and started the next one tonight at the dinner table. I'm sure he will be the only one starting kindergarten who has finished 4 Harry Potter books, and is listening to C.S. Lewis! What a kid! The Potter books were getting a bit advanced for him, so we decided to take a break (Mum and Dad that is, Sage would LOVE to read more.)






Adam received his new camera today and we played with it a bunch tonight. It's crazy how different one small upgrade can make in the quality of photos.


The new camera was a nice excuse to get Adam to take a bunch of photos of my knitting. Rock on!
